Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, new joiners to site.
- Reviewing the Arrivals and Departures reports.
- Preparing Travel authorization for expats going home leave and matching with the validation dates of their visas.
- Ensuring the travel services to include but not limited to tickets, hotel bookings, transportation etc.
- Coordinating with various sites the arrival and departure of staffs including the arrangement of transport, camp accommodation.
- Arranging with Security department escorts for subcontractors and the client Expat.
- Coordinating with Star Aviation company regarding the flight Schedule (Departure/arrival time. Flight Timing modification?).
- Managing the daily bookings and updating the flight manifests accordingly.
- Working closely with the Site Hr. Expat Admin in their job of travel arrangements.
- Advising staff on travel arrangements, e.g. Visas and passports
- Sending out tickets to staffs
- Keeping clients up to date with any likely changes.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Performing several administrative liaisons (CNAS, Customers, Suppliers, etc).
