Through my part time job, I was responsible for personally assisting Ms Liesl Scheepers, the coordinator of Recruitment program: Career services. Part of my job was to ensure we recruit students to partake in the career fair, using various methods such as hanging banners, social media and handing out recruitment guides. I therefore have a strong understanding of working with people. Furthermore during the career fairs I helped the guests to network and recruit the students they desire from the University of Johannesburg. I was also responsible for offering tea, coffee, light eats that were served in the morning and lunch that was served from 12:00. This allowed me to develop my organizational and communication skills.
