? Planning of Stock management with PMT team, checking stock status at each head quarter, shortages, moving, non-moving, slow moving products, shifting stocks from each headquarter to another head quarter according to requirements.
Distribution, Warehouse, Supply Chain & Logistics
? Supervising logistic operations viz., to despatch the products to customers to entire region as per allocation of products.
? Coordinating with various departments for implementation and monitoring of effective Logistic System.
? Negotiating with transporters, shippers, etc to ensure seamless and cost-effective movement of consignment.
? Dealing with Couriers / Transporters. Monitoring the performance by analyzing delivery time.
? Planning sampling dispatch for marketing With PMT Team and RSM
? Monthly batch wise stock taking, so that manage equal stock as per software and physical stock
? Software update for all location wise batch master, product master, rate master file send through email
