Responsibilities
? HVAC design and engineering, specification, procurement and construction supervision of the following:
o Chillers (air cooled and water cooled), heat exchangers, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, closed control units, exhaust and ventilation systems, and stairwell pressurization systems.
o Ducting and piping and its associated insulation and cladding..
o VAV?s, CAV?s, motorized dampers, smoke dampers, fire dampers, VCD, sound attenuators, HEPA filters, louvers, grilles, diffusers, and slot diffusers
o Modulating valves c/w actuator (2-way and 3-way valves), DRV, gate valves, strainers, butterfly valves, and BTU meters
o Installation of BMS equipment and wiring as per schematic drawing, control and starter panels and thermostats (FCU and VAV, CAV)
? Air and water balancing, chemical treatment for chilled water pipes and commissioning/start-up of HVAC system.
? Calculating required cooling load for projects, duct sizing, piping network, head pressure needed and pressure drop in pumps and fans.
? Developing and review technical reports, design basis memorandums, and construction scope of work.
? Developing and verifying design drawings and construction drawings to execute the work.
? Managing the project on a day-to-day basis; Attending daily internal progress meetings with the site-team and provide information on areas to be prioritized and expedited for on-time construction execution.

? Working with the planning engineer for generating bi-weekly progress reports and earned value reports (EVR) for the project.
? Working with the planning engineer for developing schedules and preparing appropriate links for tasks and also identifying critical path activities.
? Prepare monthly forecasts for manpower loading for the project.
