? Attain Territory Sales Target (RV & SIM) by ensuring proper distribution of products and implementation of retail channel activities.
? Aligning all the market activities in line with periodic growth plans.
? Retaining and building up on Revenue Market Share, Airtime Sales Share, Refill Share and other important Telco KPIs.
? Develop right distribution (expansion of RV & SIM POS) set-up to optimize availability of products in the area.
? Develop and manage the operation of third party distribution channels (RSP) as per the company guidelines.
? Arrange & execute trade marketing activities in the territory in line with Share of Visibility (SOV) & Share of Recommendation (SOR) development plan.
? Ensure brand visibility in POS & TOMA through proper placement of Point of Sales Materials (POSM).
? Develop long term business relationship with key channel partners- distributors & retailers directed in a way that leads to win-win situation for all.
? Monitor & follow up regulatory compliance & hygiene activities to ensure 100% regulatory Compliance.
? Train & develop distributor Field Force as true ambassador of Robi in the field.
? Strongly monitor distributor KPI achievement & their overall operation so as to keep things going as per Robi Distribution Guideline.
? Work to ensure business growth of territory & distribution as per set quarterly & annual BP.
? Set up Customer Service points to ensure best customer experience.
? Monitor & guide overall customer experience activities in the territory through retail channels (RSD).
? Pull and mobilize all necessary resources to attain business objectives sincerely.
