? Responsible for producing an audit assignment plan to support the audit profile, sampling and testing strategy
? Responsible to prepare comprehensive audit programs for all planned and unplanned audit engagements, especially finance and operations assignments.
? Responsible to collect required evidences to support audit opinion.
? Responsible to follow up the agreed actions and ensure that audit comments are closed properly in an agreed time frame.

? Responsible for assisting the Head of Internal Audit in the completion of the agreed Audit Plan and allocating resources to individual Audit assignments, having due regard to the relative risk profile, the cost of resources, the relative strengths of team members and any necessary training required. Responsible for integrity of sampling and testing completed.
? Openly discuss with the team any matters arising, including significant risk / control breakdowns. Pro-actively assist and encourage the team members to construct value-adding findings.
? Draft final reports to the Head of Internal Audit for review and approval
? Lead risk based audit and business understanding workshops as required identifying and agreeing with the business the risk and controls, which will form the basis of the audit. Work to be undertaken. Responsible for the production of high quality documentation & reports to support the audit process. (Planning documents, work papers & reports).
? Responsible for ensuring audit testing is in line with risk based audit or any agreed audit methodology, including the production of working papers and audit governance.
? Support the Head of Internal Audit with the Governance responsibilities by assisting in the organization planning and administration of Audit Committee Meetings, Submissions and Facilitation as may be required.
? Maintain accurate and up to date Audit Governance work papers which correctly reflect the final report issued.
? Ensure reports/working papers and databases are properly archived after the completion of the assurance assignments.
? Assist the Head of Internal Audit in cost control by ensuring costs are kept to a realistic minimum. Contribute fully to the team effort.
? Work individually and in conjunction with the Head of Internal Audit to attend professional training.
