Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handing over procedures; 10. Procedure hydrotesting and pre-commissioning subcontractors during the execution of site operations. 11. Procedure of performing pipeline filling, cleaning, gauging, hydrostatic testing, dewatering, air drying and nitrogen purging; 12. Procedure Hydrotesting & pre-commissioning project equipment.
