Involved in the early stage of any new product launches, projects, technology changes and identify operational impact to ensure smooth introduction/deployment of new products or technologies into their respective LOB
? Acts as liaison to business lines to ensure new products, services, technological developments are consistent with current processes, structure or design
? Assist in managing the controlled deployment of process and operational changes
? Performs data gathering, root cause/gap analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process re-engineering
? Coordinates with Operations Team on process issues and concerns and develops solutions, organizes change strategies, plans and/or conducts learning sessions for project implementation
? Reviews and write comprehensive technical records and reports, identifies alternatives, and makes recommendations
