Both projects were Fixed Price Projects that required the complete replacement and installation of new infrastructure including cabling, racks, dedicated electrical captive outlets and main distribution frame (MDF) upgrades, relocations or securing and the migration of all active equipment into the new environment.

Aaron is an IT professional with over 20 years? experience working in project management, service delivery and operational leadership roles. For the last 15 years Aaron has specialised in the delivery of information, communications and telecommunication projects, service transitions and organisational transformations.
