JOB DESCRIPTION
? Assist Deliveroo riders to smoothly deliver the customer?s order in every restaurant through chat (telegram), inbound and outbound calls.
? Provides quick resolution to customers by processing a full refund of their purchase if the order was not delivered on time.
? Email customer when the delivery has been successful and if a full refund or credit was provided according to the guidelines.
? Assigning riders to collect the order from the restaurant until monitoring of the delivery.
? Calling customer if there are unexpected occurrences during transit and if the rider has arrived at the location earlier than scheduled.
