Assessments and Planning, IT Assessments, Virtualization, Storage and Network Architecture, Security Assessments
and Data Compliance, and Modular IT Services for United Cement Company Ltd.
? Prepares Solution Design and support for the JD Edward Enterprise one software as a service offering.
? Prepares Solution Design for all technology and infrastructure offerings by United Cement Company which including
? IT Consulting and Manage services
? Works closely with the end user to support Modular IT technology service offerings.
? Delivery of Contracted Technology Services.
? Ensures practice standards are met.
? Signing off the completion of engagements
? Collaborates with senior customer decision makers to define and implement clinical/business and IT Strategies
? Manage a team of outsourced Helpdesk representatives
? Participate in the development of service level agreement and ongoing management of service level compliance
? Develop and demonstrate an Understanding of customer and Business needs
? Resolve daily issues of a complex scope that impact the team and overall business objectives
? Manage helpdesk resources for optimal performance. This will consist of resources management fro
? incoming customers inquiries, projects, administrative work and time allotted for holiday and
paid/unpaid time off.
? Maintain a high level of employee morale within the team
