- Working at McDonalds required me to respond very quickly to sudden very busy periods and coordinate very closely with my team to stay on top of all the orders.
- My duties included cooking meat in fry vats and meat on hot grills, initialising and assembling the burgers on line and a lot of washing and cleaning.

- Since becoming a manager in late 2013 my largest responsibilities at Dominos included managing the staff on shift and keeping things running smoothly, personally addressing customer complaints or concerns (including over the phone) and consolidating money and inventory at the beginning and ends of days.
- I also helped with making pizzas on the make line when needed, take orders from customers in person and over the phone, maintaining quality during my shifts and managing the outgoing deliveries to be efficient as possible.
- I have gained many skills and a lot of working experience and a multitude of conditions from my time at Dominos, especially communication skills, and hope to be able to apply these skills to future jobs and improve them further.

- I was trained in Customer Service, and was taught how to treat and serve customers in an efficient and effective way, I was taught Money Handling Skills, and how to use a cash register.
- Some days I would be tasked with crushing boxes, processing waste, and organising stock in the warehouse out the back.
- Mytime at Bushy Park gave me fundamental knowledge on food safety, skills working with people foreign and local with limited English, customer service and problem solving, and most importantly developing my work ethics
