? Provides independent and objective evaluation of Summit Media and other JG Summit Holdings, Inc.'s business units (i.e. Chic Centre Corporation, i-Tech Global Business Solutions, Inc., JG Summit Petrochemicals Group, URC Packaging Division) financial and operational business activities including IT processes.
? Performs individual internal audit engagement as part of the annual internal audit plan including development of internal audit scope and objective, performing internal audit procedures, and preparing internal audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed.
? Provides updates on current internal audit engagements, follow-up on the status of outstanding internal audit issues and other administrative tasks for the benefit of the Internal Audit function.
? Assists the Internal Audit Manager with periodic reporting to the Audit Committee, development of the annual internal audit plan and championing internal control, risk assessment and management and corporate governance concepts throughout the organization.
