The main work Interior design and supplier all items or raw materials required and furniture for Hotels, after confirmed the Client
1-Manage and oversee the Procurement, Materials, and Logistics functions within the company according to our design for Hotels 4 & 5 stars after confirmed from client
2-Provide 'Value Engineering' by proposing alternatives to specific materials
3-Review and monitor budget in order to maintain control and for subsequent reconciliation
4- We following and revise all interior and furniture design for our projects from 4 and 5 star.
5- Coordinate with our agents in China and follow the production, supplying and shipping date
6- Coordinate with our Clients for delivery and installation date in site
7-Arrange all engineers group to supervise and check for all production in China and help them to solve any problem their
8- Liaise strongly with the Engineering Team with regard to the implementation of design solutions and provide feedback on issues arising
9- Arrange all Engineers group for installations in sites in actual date
10- Visit and following all productions and installation in China and site
11- Prepare all time schedule for production and installation plan in each project
12- Prepare weekly report and send to CEO showing the production and installation statement
13- All items we worked as ( Carpet ? Wall paper ? Furniture ? Save Box ? Mini Bar ? Fabrics ? Area Rugs ? Curtain ? Lights ? Cosmo ? Wooden Doors )
