? Responsible for data gathering of department-related, hospital-wide and clinical department quality indicators.
? Assists the department?s Quality Officer in data collation and analysis and in clinical improvement activities.
? Follows up the implementation of corrective actions and improvement activities in cases of data variability, non-compliance or adverse events.
? Reports and coordinates with Assistant Director for Credentialing & Privileging and Department Chairs / Quality Officers any identified deviation on performance indicators.
