? Manage and support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Health and Safety elements of the company?s HSE Management System, and ensure that the goals and requirements of the Company?s HSE Policy and associated Corporate and HQ Standards are achieved in all activities.

? Develop Risk Assessments and ensures that proper control measures to be applied at work place.
? Conducting safety inspection, audits, safety tours, safety sampling, etc.
? Identifying gaps & taking appropriate corrective / preventive actions as required.
? Attending the meetings with clients to meet out their requirements of health and safety.
? Arranging training for the certification courses for the employees by the third party.
? Ensuring for providing safe handling & storage area for the Hazardous substances, Chemicals like Paints, Acids, etc.
? Responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment to ensure the required standards of ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 are upheld in coordination with the Clients.
? Checking of pre & post work assessment as per international standards.
? Verifying the implementation and operation of the HSE Systems, by planning and conducting internal HSE audits.
? Verifying that the company HSE policy is fully understood, implemented, operated and maintained.
? Ensure that all contractual / company and local authority requirements for Health Safety & Environment (HSE) are complied with.
? Ensuring adequate training / awareness of company personnel for HSE systems.
? Liaise with the Clients HSE representative, to ensure that all potential and actual safety issues are fully resolved.
