I control and administer the movement of Inbound and Outbound consignment in Bond by ensuring proper procedures and compliance with Customs and exercise regulations in an effective, timeous and cost efficient manner. I monitor a Recon spreadsheet which is the movement of stock received Inbound (trucks received, I capture Bill of Entries on Recons) and Outbound (Stock going out I create Batches which our floor team uses to pick stock and move it out of the Bondstore), I also do Invoicing ? Freight Forwarding. I assist with Manual and Electronic update of all the XDP?s received, I also assist to clear backlog. I am involved in Stock Count, reconcile our spreadsheets versus actual stock on AX.

Capture recipes into Winflight program for Chefs to use when preparing food. Chef?s task is to login, look for a recipe and retrieve menu in the program.
I then got a position as a Emirates Lounge Supervisor, my duties were to check meal prepared, food presentation, staff attendance and performing their daily duties, make sure Lounge is clean at all times and updated registers.
