a. I am in charge of workshop administrative and operations by working hand in hand with four (4) technical supervisors to facilitate timely delivery of serviced trucks to customers.
b. Updating customers the information on the pending job and other discovered new faults on their trucks
c. Making sure that stores supply all the necessary spare parts to the workshop for servicing.
d. Creation of job-cards for customer trucks for repair works.
e. Inputting data of all spare parts supplied to the workshop,
f. Maintain database of new trucks and old trucks for repairs
g. I also handle company vehicles maintenance and arrangement of mechanics site jobs trips.
