? Manage logistics requirement in the project area in Kurram Agency.
? Supervise the receipt and dispatches of commodities.
? Providing support and guidelines to staff in effective management of warehousing, distributions, personnel movements and logistics related documentation and reporting.
? Supervise the loading, off-loading and stacking of commodities, and keep updated records on stack cards, and/or computer inventory lists.
? Supervise all logistical arrangements ensuring proper quality control, compliance monitoring and verification of deliveries, and timely delivery to the end user(beneficiaries).
? Conduct periodic physical inventory checks.
? Prepare daily and weekly reports of stock movement.
? Assist agency coordinator in preparing different reports.
? Assist transport officer in the transportation of commodities to schools.
