Primarily responsible to define and execute the commercial and medico-marketing strategy for products and programs in the Anglo-Africa market. This includes strategic leadership on market development/market expansion opportunities and the brand planning and sales strategy process. I am accountable for Anglo Africa Territory commercial performance, achieving long term agreed objectives and annual performance goals.
This entails cross-functional working relationship with internal stakeholders such as with medical, market access, regulatory affairs, finance and other local teams as well at global and regional team level to ensure that commercial programs are in line with the overarching strategies and meet financial, compliance and organizational requirements.
In addition to the internal working relationships, external stakeholders such as distributors, governmental and non-governmental organizations with multilateral organizations form part of the collaborative eco-system of activities.
