? Review Branch operations, KYC and documentation in line with policy and report any exception noted for strict Compliance.
? Ensure branches compliance with the bank operational guidelines and regulatory pronouncement.
? Convene regular team meetings to strategise process improvement to combat fraud, errors and Irregularities.
? Ensure proper documentation & archiving of all transactions tickets.
? Review loan performance to ensure that customer?s loans are up and running.
? Carry out security Sweep to ensure that customers/banks confidential information are not available to an unauthorized person.
? Review authorisation and approval limits of various expenses/ disbursement pror to consummation.
? Carry out Pre-and post infrastructural check on properties, sites and building to ensure conformity with the agreed contract before final settlement of retention fees.
? Conduct investigation where it is necessary in cases that could result the bank to financial loss/ Brand erosion etc.
? Review operational work and detect exceptions, follow up with the exception to ensure its regularisation.
? Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Head Internal Audit & Control.
? Review load to load uploads of ATM?s and its evacuation to ensure proper accountability and smooth reconciliation.
? Review staff dress sense to ensure compliance with bank dress code and brand congruent.
? Review various transaction GL to ensure that transaction are properly classified and posted for easy proof hence ascertainments of GL positions.
? Carry out inventory review. Verify movement and balance of stock levels of scratch cards, hypothecated stock for loans (e.g recharge cards), Priority cards, ATM cards, Cheque books etc.
? Safeguard the assets of the bank
? General Security review of the branch and this include review of both immediate and remote external environment.
? Ensure proper call over of all transaction tickets within 24hrs.
