? Experience of Major Oil and gas refinery, Petrochemicals in SABlC Projects with a proven track record as QA/QC Mechanical Engineer. Thorough knowledge of ASTM, API Standards, Project Specific Procedures/Specifications.
? Have an overall experience in Quality Control \Supervision with construction, companies in India and Middle East.
? Supervised erection \ installation \ inspection of the following: Piping, pre-fabrication activities of piping systems. Crucial pipe supports, Material traceability, dimensional checking, , Non-destructive activities, Line checks prior to hydro testing, Mechanical completion check activities etc. Witness entire piping inspection at shop and site.
? Preparation of QAP, Job procedures and Inspection test plans as per specification and Bid requirements and documentation accordingly.
? Familiar with WPS & PQR.
? Familiar with the internationally recognized codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, AWS etc.
? Following & studying of Isometrics & P & ID's in the process Area.
? Able to understand the piping drawings, data sheets, piping specifications including material selection drawings, and process flow diagrams. Understands the fundamentals of piping, working principles including the control philosophy, knowledge of engineering and design, project and construction and familiar with plant equipments and process.
? Diligently plans the activities to expedite the different requirements of the job in compliance to the company benefits. Accomplishments include the Project and main Degassing Stations, project end-to-end mechanical activities together with commissioning.
? Execution of projects right from conception stage till handing over in a professional and systematic manner
