BMS system operation and maintenance works.
Swimming pool equipments operation and maintenance.
Supervised the site labor and Sub contractor¡¦s Works.
Maintain constant reporting lines to management both verbal and written.
Chiller maintenance works.
Preparing monthly and weekly report.
Motor control panel maintenance works.
Respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and help desk requests.
FAHU,FCU,AHU repairing and BMS fault rectification
Coordinate with other teams ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests.
Flexibility to work to shift patterns as and when required. Flexible availability for 24/7 roistered standby duties and emergency call outs.
Devise and follow-up the preventive maintenance schedule.
Daily maintenance request follow-up.
To coordinate with responsible centre staff in order to solve operational problems.
To conduct regular meetings and briefings to keep employees informed of policies and procedures.
Preparing staff duty roster.
Ensure correct scheduling of employees to maintain high standard of services.
