I wish to apply for the post of Project Manager as advertised in JOBOMAS on 13th January 2017. The position seems an ideal opportunity for me as it matches my experience, knowledge and career background.
As you can see from my CV attached herewith, I have amassed over 30 years of significant, progressive experience in civil engineering projects within the construction (Infrastructure projects) & Oil/Gas industries.
During my career I have participated in more than twenty (20) civil engineering projects of which more than ten (10) projects were related to roads, drainage and highway projects, earned from Philippines, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Brunei Darussalam and in Malaysia , all of them were successful.
At the moment, I am working for one of the C & S engineering and environmental consultants as Resident Engineer since December 2013. I am intimately involved in building 5 nos. Of Pumping Stations and Micro Tunnelling Sewer pipeline construction in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Package D47-36kms pipelines worth RM 278 Million). My daily duties include project and supervision management, attending coordination, progress, safety, and monthly meetings and supervision of site during construction, keeping a Site Diary, and testing of materials and verification of claims submitted by contractor and other duties.
