Manager ? Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS), Dialog Pengerang. ? Managing the Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS) department at Marine Operation Centre (MOC) in Pengerang Marine Operation (PMOSB). The benefits of implementing a VTMS are that allows identification and monitoring of vessels, strategic planning of vessel movements and provision of navigational information and assistance. Nevertheless, VTMS also providing assistance for a safe berthing/unberthing of the vessels. It can also assist in prevention of pollution and coordination of emergency response
