? Responsible for managing the activities of a Liquid Petroleum Terminal and the team to deliver excellent results and achieve the highest operational standards across all areas of the business.
? Responsible for financial Management - budget, forecast, P&L, and manage business metrics
? Liable for business Management - understand strategy, decision-making, work flow and vital business function. Report to regional COO.
? Ensuring that company goals are met in a timely fashion efficiently

? Developing business processes and procedures to make them more efficient.

? Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
? Responsible for the implantation of standard procurement process & tendering committees.
? Liable for assets management and ensure reliable maintenance plans; preventive and corrective; long term & short term.
? Responsible for all Health & Safety system compliance.
? Main Achievements:
o Ensure Steady EBIDTA growth.
o Cutting OPEX without affecting operation flow
o Implementing Safety & Maintenance systems that ensure sustainability.
o Introduce new customers base.
o Commission 200KM3 terminal with dedicated Jetty.
