? Troubleshooting and maintenance (e.g; passport/IP transport networking) for CDMA BSS at Bakrie Telecom
? Weekly Support meeting at Bakrie for ticket problem which occurred in the Network
? Requesting and managing new feature for BSS release from CDMA HomeBase in US
? Involved and full responsible with Emergency handling for 24 hours*7days
? Achieving and maintaining KPI for excellent solution performance
? Lead the team for troubleshooting and solution delivery.
? Giving the Technical answer from other dept (e.g ; solution,project and planning)
? Upgrading and patching new releases for RAN Network
? Feature activation for RAN Network
? Baselining RAN software in the existing network with the next applied software requirements
? Making arrangement for APG Operating System migration in RAN Networking
