? Providing First line IT support
? Answering inbound calls, log calls and escalating to higher tier technicians
? Create User Adsl accounts, monitor, configure, install the routers . Provides Front Line support
? Provide Technical Support to Application Users to ensure ,Business Application goals are reached.
? Supporting wireless connection ,WIFI for mobile/laptop connectivity
? Install, troubleshoot and configure Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Office 2000/2003/2007/2010/2013).
? Maintaining Internet connection, MS Outlook Emails, ADSL connection.
? Desktop hardware and software support User support and administration ,Service desk (user helpdesk), Antivirus maintenance and updates.
? Responsible for reporting to the IT Manager /Supervisor.
? Responsible for Format, troubleshoot and reload Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows XP/Vista/7/8).
? Ensuring service levels are met for all logged calls.
? Compliant to the Service level Agreement (SLA).
