Position: Assistant Manager
Key Relationships:
? Responsible to users of the services.
? Working closely with staff and volunteers.
? Responsible to members and to the directors.
Main activities and responsibilities:
? Ensure that users are welcomed, helped and provided with a safe and suitably equipped environment nor assist them as needed ? i.e logging on, using new programmes, e-mailing and gaming e.t.c.
? Maintaining high standards of security with an open welcoming service.
? Ensure staff is trained in service and other skills as established by the company.
? Participate in training, course as relevant
? Perform routine maintenance tasks, including installing basic software packages and setting common options, run basic checking of networked PCs.
? Resolve customer issues and requests in an efficient and timely manner.
? Manage time, establish priorities and delegate effectively to meet goals and objectives.
? Implementing and managing company policies and professional standards.
? Review and update internet usage guidelines.
? Monitor the appearance of the premises, ensure it is kept clean, tidy, well organized and fully staffed.
