RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Have experience in Barge setting out in pile location .
? Have Experience in Casing installation by vibro
? Monitoring the pile vertical and pile levels .
? Measuring and testing fluid parameters (viscosity, density, pH and Sand Content);
? Prepare PTW (Permit to Work) and other related Permit.& conduct inspection.
? Making BBS with Autocad. Monitoring rebar fabrication ,
? following construction sequences, making pile report along with daily,weekly and monthly production report.
? Have experience in pile vertical test (KODEN) and Down-hole camera test, Cofferdam installation works.
? Experience in Rebar cage installation and Heavy lifiting.
? Handling of marine equipments (like .barge, tug & anchor boat).
? Control of concrete by direct management
? Control of schedule of equipment & material delivery.
? Develop MS (Method Statement) or Procedure, Plan.
? Check monthly invoice and quantity settlement of subcontractor.
? Check construction drawing, raise technical inquiry.
? Follow the work time to time and avoided the level issues and NCR
? Coordinate with central planning team and set monthly progress targets . Decide the priority and allocate resources accordingly for achieving the targets on time.
? Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements
? Experience in all site activity accordance with approved drawing , QS CODE /BS CODE procedures and method statements,
? Reporting to Project manager & Operation manager .
