? Ensuring the weekly and monthly status reporting from the cost, quality, delivery, risk, project and business goals perspective while improving productivity by analyzing the skill matrix and actual effort
? Developing highly committed and motivated resources by meeting and setting the expectation & measuring performance and implementing the One Minute Manager principle
? Building trust of customer and gaining higher C-SAT by measuring operational performance indicators such as on time delivery, delivered right the first time, quality of the output, technical skills, escalation management, responsiveness and project status update
