Processing new and repeat customer orders on Quickeasy, Syspro and Systec
Maintenance of job bags and ensuring the history is recorded
Generate quotes
Gather order details and generate the internal workflow tasks for the various departments
Capture new customer information onto data base
Putting in quote requests for customers and general liaising with customers
Reception back-up. Including but not limited to:
- Answering Phones and taking messages.
