In consultation with the Senior Customer Service Managers, I assist in developing and co-ordinating all customer service staff to deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, increased efficiency and decreased churn. The position operates in a fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple and competing demands upon the attention and time of the incumbent. This position has intense staff and customer interaction requirements with people management issues the focus of the role. This position operates in a rotating roster environment.
