? Led and managed the successful completion of Uptime TCCF (Tier Certified Constructed Facility) Tier III certification in Mar 2018
? Involved in process documentation which led to the achievement of DCOS (Data Center Operation Standard) certification in 2017

Heading the critical facility management for YTLC data center, which includes 24x7 data center, regional POP (Point of Presence) and M&E operations in several states as well as admin operations and facility maintenance for YTL group of companies. Started off with only a single resource as a Data Center Manager in 2011, whose initial role was responsible for setting up the end to end process and governance of the data center operations at KL and later broaden the portfolio into admin, M&E and regional POP operations in 2012 with over 25 full time employees.
