Planned cultural message and presented it to the broad segment of guests from children to adults. Delivered cultural and conservation message to at least 300 guests per day by engaging guests in conversation and activities that are relevant to Indonesian culture. Adjusted conversation content to a variety of age levels. Performed and provided excellent customer service, safety regulation and guest relation on daily basis.
