? Implementing (set-up), Training and Rendering Supports Services on Sage Accounting, Payroll and HR Software to clients such as Sage Evolution Account, Sage 50,Partner and Express, Sage Partner Payroll, Sage VIP Premier Payroll/HR, and Sage People Payroll.
? Posting of various General Ledger transactions into the System e.g Banks and Cash Transactions.
? Posting of Customer (AR), Supplier (AP) Invoices and payment in the system
? Posting of staff Advance Retirement into the system.
? Posting of Inventory (Stock) transactions into the System
? Generating Fixed Asset Periodic depreciation in the system
? Generating various Management reports such as Trial Balance, Statement of Fin. Position/Bal Sheet, Statement of Comprehensive Income/Income Statement and Cash and Bank Reports.
? Creation of employee Data into system
? Preparation of Staff Monthly Payroll and Various Analyses Reports
? Producing Payroll Summary, Bank transfer schedule and printing of employee Payslip.
