Committee, I'm responsible for the club daily operation management which include the marina, lodge, F&B, finance, HR, Banquet, Membership, Event & Activities, Sea sport academy, Security, front office, HSKP and Sale and Marketing department. Overall, 14 Manager and 128 staffing.

My Primarily role as Owner representative, I was task to represent the Chairman in Hong Kong in all project meeting, liaising with Starwood hotel management teams on hotel development, budget, expenditure, purchasing, contractor, design, facilities issue, contract, payment and report to the Chairman monthly.
