Duties & Responsibilities
? Assign as Owner Engineer/Consultancy for Electrical Works of Power Plant consist of Turbine Generator, Water Treatment Plant, Boiler, Fuel Handling System, Air Cooled Condenser, Fin Fan Cooler, Reclaimer/Conveyor Yard, Bed/Fly ASH Silo, Power House Bldg.. Power Transformer, Auxiliary & Converter Transformer, Air Compressor Bldg for Engineering Procurement Construction and Commissioning works (EPCC).
? Will provide continuous information and documentation concerning the progress of the material delivery to the sites and of construction/erection works, monthly and quarterly reports will be prepared and submitted to the Employer.
? We will be established by project procedures in order to ensure an effective and efficient system for quality, cost and progress control.
? During construction stage, I will be responsible for the overall control and supervision of construction and erection activities.
? I will review and approve the erection, quality assurance and commissioning procedures submitted by the Contractor. The Consultant will ensure that these procedures will comply with the requirements and the completion time schedule.
? Supervision of Commissioning works ? Start-up Period (Pre-Commissioning), Commissioning and Taking over
