? Work closely with contracts department for Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation scope of works for the Rio Tinto Hope Downs 4 Mining Project.
? Material Take-Off, Estimate, and prepare Bill of Quantities according to Schedule of Rates in the Base Contract for the entire project.
? Review and verify contract rates and new star rates proposed by subcontractors.
? Evaluate and verify (QMR) Quantities & Manhour Report of subcontractor?s weekly progress accomplishments.
? Validate and approve subcontractor?s claims for monthly (PPPC) Preliminary Progress Payment Certificate prior approval of Contracts Department and prior enter (CMS) Cost Management System.
? Reconcile quantities from base contract commencement to the actual quantities built on site as per design drawings latest revision.
? Prepare quantities and amount value for Site Instructions prior issue for construction.
? Verify and evaluate Variation Orders and prepare final quantities and amount value prior close out and final payment by Contracts Department.
? Analyze and evaluate cost deviation of reinforcing steel prior final payment and close out.
? Analyze and evaluate cost deviation imposed by subcontractors due to project delay caused by weather condition.
? Prepare overall final re-measured quantities and amount value for reconciliation and comparison with subcontractors prior close out and final payment by contracts department.
? Weekly on site walk around to review and verify subcontractors progress of work done.
? Periodic meeting with line manager and subcontractors to resolve issues and disputes arise.
? Upkeep all records and files related to the scope.
