Receipt of materials from accredited vendors. Storing of approved materials in right storage condition. Monthly monitoring of raw materials expiring status. Proper labeling of materials with correct status label. Issuing approved materials to production on request through standard operating procedure. Ensuring adequate cleanliness of the warehouse. Proper supervision of team members. Ensuring set targets are achieved within time line.

Receiving ordered materials with valid documents and doing documentations of received materials for onward quality control sampling and analysis. Proper storage of materials in their right location. Issuing materials to production obeying the principle of FIFO 7 FEFO. Monitoring of material expiring status and proper identification of materials with correct status label. Preparation and participation of quarterly stock count exercise. Etc
