Airtel Network Upgrade Project

? Facilitate necessary acquisition and approval of work orders and making sure all relevant parties are on the same page as far as project progress is concerned.
? Facilitate same transmission changes on LTK transmission network so that it matches with the settings on Airtel network.
? Coordinate the teams working on the project from Airtel and Liquid Telecom
? Facilitate review meetings for both the teams aimed at evaluating the progress.
? Facilitate and manage documentation of the processes and changes carried out on the network for future purposes.
? Follow up with requests from client in order to prioritize and complete the tasks.
