20. Manages Student External Activities and Trips by strict implementation of the office's policy and guidelines aligned and compliance to CHED and DepEd's mandates including risk management;
21. Represents the institution to professional and organizational external events;
22. Manages the implementation of the office's KRA and monitoring of programs and activities; and
23. Prepares and maintains budget for annual operations and maintenance of the office budget monitoring (running budget).
