o Ensuring compliance standards for Railways and Marine Infrastructure.
o Monitor, inspect and report progress of project (Railways and Marine Infrastructures) to ensure compliance with standards regarding the construction and equipment.
o Planning and managing project execution designed to deal with uncertainties inherent in managing projects, while taking into consideration limited availability of resources (physical, human skills, as well as management & support capacity) needed to execute projects.
o Monitoring costs and use of resources, monitoring progress during development of the deliverables products to ensure that the materials used are in conformity with the standard.
o Breaking down of structure to provides a common framework for the dividing work into definable increments from which the statement of work can be developed and technical, schedule, cost, and labor hour reporting are established
