1. Make sure the schedule of repair and everhoul by montly.
2.Coordinate man power do the preventive maintenance and repair weekly.
2. Make sure the standart procces is good and production machine safety's include the accesories.
3. Controlling production procces by data and actual in the field.
3. Evaluate maintenance/repair according to the plan of preventive maintenance every day.
4. Keep clean the machine include accesories and environment by dayly base on 5C ( Clear-out, classify, cleaning, conformity, custom ).
5. Make a dayly report for trouble shooting in a procces and problem solving as a history.
6. Give motivation for my team every day.
7. Supervise a new employ.
8. Direct coordinate to planner.
