? Managing recruitment support for various technologies ? Java, Service Desk, Technical Support (Windows, Exchange, Active Directory), Informatica, Networking L1 & L2, AS-400 / Synon, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Avaya Monitoring, Pricing Analyst, Application Packaging, BPPM etc.
? Working actively on job portals for new resources as well as with vendors
? Individually managing recruitment drives for freshers for various technologies ? Java, Networking, Mainframes etc. Contacting training institutes, requesting candidate details, shortlisting, running Company Presentations and Aptitude Tests.
? Requesting documents of shortlisted candidates before offer, initial document verification for new candidates etc.
? Providing support for CSB Tool used for managing Human Resources in Capita UK
? CSB manages addition and removal of employees as per changes in company structure
? Organizational Development support by responding to queries sent to dedicated mailbox
? Providing first level support for a new project for inter-company purchases and creating process documents for the same.
? Supporting Human Resources with updating of employee personal files / employee documentation. Collection of Employee Documents prior to offer release as well as audits of the Employee Personal Files at regular intervals.
? Involved actively in other HR initiatives for updating of employee records and documents - Aadhar Card Numbers, Employee PF Numbers and other mandatory document checks at regular intervals.
? Monthly distribution of sodexo vouchers / meal coupons (an optional compensation component) and following up with the employees to ensure completion of distribution within set time-frame.
