PRESENTS MONTHLY MANAGEMENT AND COSTING REPORT TO THE DIRECTORS AND EXPLAIN TO THEM THE OUTCOME.
NEGOTIATE WITH CLIENT/ MAIN CONTRACTOR ABOUT CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
LIASE WITH COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUDITORS ON ALL ASPECTS OF AUDITING AND ACCOUNTING ISSUES
EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH PROJECT MANAGERS (PM) AND PRICIPLES IN CHARGE (PIC), REGARDING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, CHANGE ORDERS AND OTHER CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS, APPROVALS AND ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO BILLING.
PREPARE AND MAINTAIN FIXED ASSETS LISTING AND CLAIM CAPITAL AND ANNUAL ALLOWANCE YEARLY IN TAX.
PREPARE DRAFT COMPANY ANNUAL TAX AND ASSIST COMPANY DIRECTOR TO DO PERSONAL TAX YEARLY
