Compiling of Data books as per index.

Ensure all Hold, witness points etc. Are signed off by relevant parties on the QCP/ITP.
Ensure all the relevant documents listed in the QCP/ITP such as Drawings, material certification, Welding consumable certificates, work instruction/Scope of work, Works Instruction for NDE Method, latest standards and code Specifications are used, Certificate of compliance, Welding procedure specification (WPS), are to be inserted into the Data book.
Compiling of weld location drawings and weld matrix?s for work completed.
Ensuring all NDE reports for work done are approved and signed by all relevant parties.
Ensure all welder Qualification certificates are Up to date and filed into the Data book.

Reviewing of the Data book once all work has been completed and documentation filed for final approval by relevant parties.
Copying of Completed Data books for hand over to client.

Qualification and retesting of welders according to ISO 9606-1 and BS EN 5817 to gain maximum Range of Qualification For Example, Maximum Range of materials, Maximum Range of Dimensions, Maximum range of processes.

Review Material certificates in preparation for release with welding admin and AIA including Heat number transfer.
Updating of onsite registers in accordance with company?s quality manual procedures for example COC register, Release note register, QCP/ITP Register etc.
