- Able to use software owned by Vinci (Demat, Cassius, Elodie, Pegase) which related to purchasing, contracting, accounting and budgeting.
- Assist to compare costing from Account Department and Cassius System to analyse project expenses.
- Assist in Cost controller monthly report by comparing budget forecast and actual expenses
- Liaise independently with admin department for follow up expat expenses
- Quantity assurance been agreed by QS with subcontractor.
- Prepare budgeting cost to assist QS for upcoming project expenses.
- Provide accurate cost center and cost code to allocate project expenses by proportion
- Other clericals assigned by superior
