Composite Regional Centre (CRC) for persons with disabilities, Kozhikode, Kerala, India (June 2014 to Till date)
I Worked with multidisciplinary team and Conducted Routine based intervention and individual session based on Individualized Educational Plan and recommendations.Maintaining treatment records daily.Attending departmental meeting every week to ensure quality of the treatment methods.Provide written report to the team and parents when necessary and during academic year ends. Provide home care and Assistive devices for patients as per requirements to improve their level of functioning and quality of life.Educating families and carers about the condition of the patient and its management and to meet Target agreements.Also I use Standardized tools and materials for screening and evaluating patients.
Deparment of Pediatrics and Child psychiatry:
? In the clinical practice on clients with neurological impairments, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and Multiple Disabilities.Setting functional goals & Implementing treatment plans. Also I Conduct Group therapy for Children with special needs.Teaching home based interventions. Delivering lectures for anganwadi workers and parent training programmes. Also assisting organising ADIP camps. I Organised short term training programmes for RCI professionals. And delivering lectures for RCI professsionals in short term training programmes.
