Chlorinated seawater to Marafiq ?Power & Water Plant, Yanbu-2? to meet increasing demand of Power, Process Potable Water and Cooling Water requirement.
-Review of P&ID, Logic Diagrams and Mechancal design issues for the smooth execution of the site
-In-charge for installation, quality inspection commissioning, operation and maintenance of every assembly of all mechanical equipment installed for sea water intake system.
? Sea Water filling pump for initial filling and removing all the air along the sea water line.
? Bar screen and trash rake machine maintain even level between the intake channel and the upstream of drum screen. Also to prevent damaging the drum screens with huge debris coming from red sea.
? 4 perforated drum screens which will filter the sea water before it enters the pump to insure that no debris bigger than 3 mm that may clog the pre-filters of the condensers.
? Wash water system which will act as a back wash.
? 8 Seawater high pressure pumps and each has a volume capacity of 55,000 m3/hr at a discharge pressure of 2.3 barg.
-As a part of commissioning department I am also responsible for reviewing and advice for modification of the logic diagrams and control narratives to ensure safe and effective plant operations.
